Chris M (General Manager)

Chris is a Master Detailer with numerous certifications under his belt, including Ceramic Pro in Ceramic Coatings, Paint Protection Film, and Window Tint, as well as being a certified 3M Vinyl Wrapper. Nearly a decade ago, driven by a passion for high-end car care and a commitment to excellence, Chris founded Dynamic Detail. He has spent years fine-tuning this wonderful machine, ensuring that every detail is handled by trusted professionals who take pride in their work. Originally from California, he has called Idaho home for over 20 years, Chris enjoys the state's natural beauty as an outdoor enthusiast, indulging in camping, four-wheeling, exploring mountain lakes, and hiking. A dedicated father of three girls, he treasures every moment spent with his daughters, making the most of Idaho's family-friendly outdoor activities.

Carlos M (Shop MANAGEr)

Carlos, a McCall, Idaho native, joined our team fresh out of high school. Demonstrating exceptional pride in his work and strong leadership skills, he quickly rose through the ranks to become our trusted Shop Manager. Carlos is certified in Ceramic Coatings, PPF, and Vinyl Wraps, and is well on his way to becoming a Journeyman Detail Technician. He enjoys the great outdoors and all the lakes and natural beauty his home state has to offer.

Emily (Customer Service Manager)

Growing up between Idaho and New Mexico, she has spent her entire adult life in the Gem State. Before finding her home at Dynamic Detail, Emily spent many years as a Certified Nail Technician here in Idaho. She is a proud mother to a daughter with whom she loves spending time. Emily enjoys the great outdoors, engaging in activities ranging from gardening and camping to paddle boarding, hiking, and visiting hot springs. She truly embraces the robust outdoor activities that Idaho offers.

Jon N (Lead Detail Technician)

Since joining us in April 2022, Jon has become a meticulous detailer who takes immense pride in his work. Trained and certified in Full Details, including Paint Correction, wet sanding, interiors, and Ceramic Coatings, Jon ensures every vehicle he works on receives top-notch care. A Boise, Idaho native, Jon has a deep-rooted connection to our community. His passion for all things automotive, especially European cars like BMWs, shines through in his craftsmanship. We are fortunate to have Jon on our team and appreciate his dedication, hard work, and eagerness to share his knowledge and continue learning.

cANYON (SHOP APPRENTICE)

Canyon, is an Idaho Native with a passion for learning new things. Canyon is Certified on Interiors and shows great potential. As a shop apprentice, Canyon has been learning a multitude of things here at Dynamic Detail. He is being trained on detailing, ceramic coatings, PPF, Tint and Vinyl Wrapping. He enjoys making music, learning new things and hanging with his family.

Amber (Detail Technician)

Amber is a skilled Detail Technician certified in both interiors and exteriors, with a specialty in motorcycles. A dedicated and hardworking professional, Amber takes immense pride in her work, ensuring every detail is top-notch. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling to new places, and embracing the dynamic life she lives. Amber's commitment to excellence and her meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable member of our team.
